1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, which include perfumes and colognes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please be sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or assisting with any necessary claims through the shipping carrier. In this case, we may ask for photos of the damaged item(s) for verification purposes.
